Coworking space in Graça


Coworking is a relatively recent trend whereby office owners offer to share the spaces available and provides collaborative office space solutions for people to grow their businesses or to people spending short periods of time in a specific location. It is hence very flexible as access is granted through membership-based subscriptions.
The main advantage resides in the flexibility. No need to rent (long-term) offices. Time spent in a coworking space can vary from few hours to several months. The overall infrastructure is in place. Most coworks offer excellent quality internet, comfortable workstations and usually a number of additional services such as free coffee, sometimes printing etc. Coworking places are also a very interesting place where to meet other people in the same or – on the contrary – very different businesses.
Depending on your use of the space, you may prefer FLEX desks (also called hot-desks) that can be reserved for half days or longer. Some people prefer working afternoons in the office for instance. Flex desks normally don’t include 24/7 access nor storage. Fixed desks are more of a “normal” office and is used by workers that intend to have continuous presence and might want to leave at work their documents and computer.
Lisbon-Cowork is located in Graça, the new trendy area of Lisbon where one can find a real Portuguese atmosphere, many bars & restaurants. Your offices at Lisbon-cowork are walking distance from Largo da Graça, with a lot of public transportation a few hundreds meters away. The building has an immense terrace, reserved to residents with an amazing view on the river and the “panteao nacional”
We do not have traditional leases for our spaces, we have a membership agreement for use of the space.
There is no minimum less than 1/2 day for Flex desks. Fixed desks memberships are available from 1 month. You can also access the Coworking space using the Croissant App
No deposit is required with the exception of deposits for keys and miscelaneous accesses.
Our booking service allows you to reserve long in advance. Payment for the reserved period is due at reservation.
Whether you use Flex or Fixed desks, meeting rooms usage is charged by the hour (see specific rule for vacating the room), Equipments such as Sauna are also charged by the session as well as on-site wellness activities. Printer access is included (10 free pages per day), more upon request. Coffee & Tea are graciously offered. This policy of “pay per use” allows us to maintain our memberships at affordable levels.
If for any administrative, legal or health related reason the premises are forced to close, we will SUSPEND payment (i.e. extend your right of use by the amount of time you will have been unable to come) – no reimbursments are applicable.
Rental insurance is not a requirement but we do recommend it for members of Fixed Desks as our insurance covers the premises but not personal effects even in private storage boxes. We are happy to put you in touch with our insurance broker to that effect.
Our office hours are 9am-22:30pm all week for Flex memberships. Only Fixed desk memberships entitle to 24/7 access
Yes, desks are in the Quiet room. The lounge area is also a quiet zone. You can make calls for as long as you are not disturbing others We are here to work !
Yes we have on-site activitiesDuring weekends we may have on saturday art display and various receptions from 16h30 until 22h00. Please take this into account as the silent room policy will not apply during these schedules.
Yes. Meeting room is open to groups who do not have Flex or Fixed desks. The meeting room can be booked on our website on a first-come-first-served basis. In the same manner, events may be organised (upon request) by external members and our wellness activities are organised by selected partners.
