The subscriber grants cowork-lisbon staff full right to open mail received (with the exception of clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL” letters), the subscriber will also sign CTT documents allowing reception of registered letters (charged separately at 2€ per letter)
The subscriber will provide a valid email address to which scanned letters can be forwarded. lisbon-cowork doesnt not accept responsability with regards to such emails security as they are sent over public internet.
Kept mail will be stored in a client specific folder in a safe storage and will be physically forwarded every quarter to an address provided by the subscriber (extra charges for mail sent outside EU).
reception/storage of packages is an option to be booked additionally
SUBSCRIPTIONS that are not RENEWED MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH A PROOF OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS – RUDLU is hereby given authorisation to cancel the address with the various authorities or correspondants
